These terms govern your use of dopa.agency. The website is operated by Dopa Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17468700. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Age and eligibility
Our website and creator application are not directed at persons under 18. You must be at least 18 years old to use the website or submit a creator application. TikTok’s own age requirements and LIVE eligibility rules also apply. If we discover an application was submitted by someone under 18, we will not process it and will delete the information provided.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who accesses the website through your internet connection understands and follows these terms.
Creator applications
You must provide accurate information when applying to join dopa™. Sending an application does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance into the network, or guarantee any level of audience growth, earnings, account performance, or opportunity.
If we invite you to join dopa™, any creator services will be governed by separate terms provided to you. TikTok’s own terms, policies, age requirements, and LIVE eligibility rules also continue to apply.
Information, earnings, and results
Website content is general information, not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Creator results vary. Any examples, explanations, or references to earnings are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee of future results. You remain responsible for your content, account, decisions, and tax obligations.
Acceptable use
